SalvatoreBONSIGNORE(Tony) Ignazina (Ina) and family would like to thank family and friends for the cards, flowers, donations to Cancer Research and particularly for the tremendous kindness and support during this very sad and difficult time. We would also like to thank Dr Narayanan and his wonderful team within the Haematology Department at George Eliot Hospital for the magnificent care provided during Salvatore's illness and treatment. Thanks also to the ambulance crews who attended so quickly and tried so hard to revive Salvatore following his fall and also the doctors and nurses at the A & E Department at Walsgrave for their efforts and sensitivity. Daniel and all the staff at D B Devall were not only professional but also incredibly caring and comforting - thank you all. Thanks to Father Simon for a lovely service and also to Anthony Genders for the moving reading he gave.
