George EdwardBOARDPeacefully on 30th June 2026 whilst in the loving care of Diana Princess of Wales Hospital. Ted aged 84 years of Waltham.

Dearly loved husband of Lyn. Loving dad of Debi. Treasured grandpa of Callum and Pops of Martin and Owen. Dearest brother of Joan and much-loved uncle.

Very dearly loved and respected by all his family and friends and will be very sadly missed.

The service is to take place at Grimsby Crematorium on Thursday 23rd July 2026 at 10:30am.

Ted is resting at Alexanders Funeral Care, Alexander House, 70 Carr Lane, Grimsby, DN32 8JP.

No floral tributes please by request but if so desired donations in lieu to be split between the Admiral Nurses care of Dementia UK, 7th Floor, One Aldgate, London, EC3N 1RE and Parkinson's UK, 50 Broadway, London, SW1H 0DB

Saddened to learn the news of Ted's passing. Thoughts and love to you Lyn, Debbie and family. Have many fond memories of Ted through both his Judo tutoring at Grimsby Leisure centre and the times our families spent together. x
