Asif Karam for the beautiful service and Bush Funeral Directors for their excellent arrangements. Donations of ?600 will go to the Gateshead Hospital NHSFT for medical equipment for palliative care. A special thanks also to CASA for their wonderful care and Dr. Charlotte Bird for her care and support to our family.
