David's Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday 22nd November at St Winefride's Catholic Church. Shepshed at 2pm, then afterwards at Loughborough Crematorium.
Family flowers only please. Donations may be made to Alzheimer's Society UK in lieu if wished.
No need to wear black.
