Joan AudreyBENNISONBorn 8th July 1936, passed away peacefully in hospital on 6th July 2018 aged 81 years. Beloved daughter of Oswald and Rita Matthewson and loving mother to Gillian, Christine and Jeffrey. A doting Nana, Grandma and Nanny. Joan's funeral will be held at St Peter's Church Redcar on Monday 23rd July at 11:15am prior to cremation at Kirkleatham Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Cancer Research UK please. Her smiling way and pleasant face, Are a pleasure to recall, She had a kindly word for each, And she died beloved by all. Some day we hope to meet her, Some day we know not when, To clasp her hand in the better land, Never to part again.
