BAYLEYPauline Ann Passed away peacefully on the 6th October 2013 at Good Hope Hospital aged 68 years surrounded by her family. Pauline will be greatly missed by her husband John, her children Tracy, Susan, Dawn, Jason, all of her grandchildren, family and friends. The funeral service will be held at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium on Friday 25th October 2013 at 11am. Family flowers only please donations if desired for Sepsis Trust UK may be given on the day.
