LindonBATTPeacefully on the 13th of March 2025 at Scunthorpe General Hospital, aged 88 years.

Devoted husband to the late Colleen (Jill), loving father of Simon, treasured father-in-law to Emma, cherished grandad to Luke and James. A dear friend and colleague to many.

Would family and friends please meet at St Peter's Church, Bottesford on Friday the 11th of April 2025 at 11:30am followed by committal at Woodlands Crematorium.

Family flowers only please, however donations in lieu are thankfully accepted for 'St Peter's Church' and 'The Forge Project' c/o

So sorry to see this. Lindon was a very kind man, who went above and beyond to help people whenever he could . I will never forget his sincere kindness he showed me. He had the unique ability of reading people and knowing when something wasn't right. He provided the light to my family and I, when it really mattered, and when it was needed the most. Lindon, you will always be in our thoughts and prayers. Love to the family at this very sad time. xx
