Maureen died peacefully at home in Rothwell, Leeds following a short battle with breast cancer in the early hours of 25th July 2026 at the age of 82 years old.
Devoted mother to Spencer and mother-in-law to Claire, much loved nana to Adam, Sam and Ellen and treasured great grandma to Noah, Arthur, Willow and Norah. Maureen was a beloved sister to Doug and sister-in-law to Viv. Maureen is greatly missed by all family and friends.
Family and friends to meet at Pontefract Crematorium, Wakefield Rd, Pontefract WF8 4HA on 12th August at 1pm and afterwards at Salute, Rothwell LS26 0QL.
