AnthonyBANKS(Tony) Jacqueline, Angela, Kevin, Jason, Alec and families would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind messages of sympathy, cards, flowers and donations received following their sad loss of Tony, a very precious and much loved husband, dad, grandad and great-grandad. A very special thank you to the community matron service, doctors, nurses and staff at Leek Health Centre who have cared for Tony during his many illnesses patiently borne over the last 26 years. The doctors, nurses and staff at Macclesfield General Hospital for their excellent care of Tony. A special thank you to Reverend Nigel Irons for the lovely service at St Edwards Church. The St John Ambulance for their guard of honour and the exceptional service and care provided by Paul, Sam, Joe and staff at Samuel Sigley & Sons.
