RitaBALLIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rita Ball
who passed away on 24 August 2026, aged 66.
A much-loved wife, mum, sister, auntie and dear friend, Rita will be remembered with great affection by everyone who knew and loved her.
Rita had a real love for Northern Soul, gardening and sewing, and these special parts of her life will be fondly remembered.
Rita's funeral service will take place on
Tuesday 15 September 2026 at 1:00pm at
Memoria Doncaster & South Yorkshire Memorial Park and Crematorium, Barnby Dun.
Following the service, family and friends are warmly invited to join us at The Lord Conyers Hotel, Conisbrough, Doncaster, DN12 3LZ, to continue remembering and celebrating Rita's life.
The family have chosen Cancer Research UK as the charity to be supported in Rita's memory.
