BillARMSTRONGARMSTRONG (Fordley). The family of the late Bill, would like to thank everyone for the floral tributes and wishes of condolence received, special thanks to Dr. Chris May and the staff team at Market Street Surgery, Dudley for the care and attention given to Bill over the years. Particular thanks to the North East Ambulance Service Mr Woodcock and the team from North Tyneside General Hospital for the care he received during his last illness and to Melrose and Dennis for dealing with Bill's funeral arrangements.
