Betty PhilipARMFIELDand Elizabeth Whiting and the family of the late Mrs Betty Armfield wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues for their very kind thoughts of sympathy, beautiful floral tributes and donations for Queenscourt Hospice received in their recent sad loss of a dear mother, Betty Armfield. Special thanks to the family doctor Dr Corke, Doctors and Nursing Staff of Ward 14B Southport Hospital for their every care and attention given to Mum in her last few days of life. Grateful thanks also to Rev David Benge for his kind ministrations, John Blair and all staff of W H Hull (Tarleton) for their help and dignified funeral arrangements and to help us all through this sad time.
