Much loved husband of Carolyn,
father of Richard, Helen and Alison,
brother of Graham and friend of
many, passed away peacefully at
Queens Hospital on March 26th, 2008
with his family by his side.
The funeral service will be held in the
Carnarvon Chapel at Bretby
Crematorium on Monday April 7th
at 12.45pm, followed by a celebration
of his life at the family home, all are
welcome to attend either or both.
The family would like to offer sincere
thanks to all staff on Ward 4 for their
kindness and support.
