We would also like to say a big thank you to the district nurses from Churchtown Clinic, Cathy Brownley (Palliative Care), the staff on the medical day unit and the doctors at Queenscourt Hospice for all their help and support. Also a big thank you to Natalie and all the staff at Brookfields for all the funeral arrangements and to the Reverend Phil Green for a lovely service to celebrate Andy's life.
