SamANDERSONLorna, Bobby, Maureen and family wish to thank immensely all relatives, friends and neighbours for their tremendous love and support received following Dad's death. Special thanks to our Minister and friend the Very Rev Dr. David Lacy and the congregations of Kay Park Parish Church and Kilmarnock Baptist Church who showed God's love to us at this sad time of parting. Sincere thanks also to Keith and staff at Portland Funeral Parlour for their extremely sympathetic guidance in organising Dad's funeral. On the day of Dad's death he received his appointment from the President of France to the rank of Chevalier in the Ordre national de la Legion d'honnneur in recognition of his military engagement and involvement in the Liberation of France during the Second World War. Even more importantly Dad was welcomed into Heaven with these words from his Saviour WELL DONE GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT.
