Passed away peacefully in hospital on 26th April, aged 79 years, Jack, beloved husband of Margaret, much loved dad of Keith, devoted grandpa of Katie and Issy, a dear father-in-law of Sam. Would family and friends please meet for service and cremation at Whitley Bay Crematorium on Friday 15th May at 3.00pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu of flowers to Cancer Research UK for which a box will be provided at crematorium.
