JOHN ALLCOCK - BIRTHDAY MEMORIES

Remembrance - John Allcock's birthday 25.11.11

Today my beloved son you would have been 48 years old at 5.25 pm precisely a perfect 8lb 2oz boy. You were a happy and contented child, happily playing with your favourite toys and out and about with Richard Bunyan.

Your true vocation in life came about when you were in your 40's and was employed as an engineer installing hoists and aids for the elderly both in their private homes and in care homes. Your rapport with the elderly and care staff was second to none. You were always plied with copious amounts of tea and coffee and on some occasions a bite to eat. They enjoyed their chats with you where you did your work across the West Midlands.

Today,we the Allcock family, will raise a toast in your memory. Firstly though Bob and I will go to the cemetary to place roses and mixed flowers on your grave in Almonds Lane, Stevenage. Tonight we will all go outside where we have a seat and a little remembrance garden for you and thats where we shall raise a toast.

Rest in peace our beloved son. We speak of you daily and your photos smile back at us.

Your everloving mum, dad, sister Joanne, George Jade Elliott Freddie, Paul Tom, aunty Carol and uncle Roy and indeed all the family and of course your best buddy Richard.
