Peacefully in hospital with her family by her side, much loved mum of Thomas and Joanne, also Simon and Derek (both deceased), very special nan to all her grandchildren. Funeral Mass at St. James Church, Bootle on Wednesday March 20th at 10.00am. Cremation following at Thornton Crematorium. Patricia is resting at Joanne's residence. All family and friends are welcome to the Funeral Reception at the Alexander Pub, Marsh Lane, Bootle.
