It's hard to say goodbye to a kind gentleman who was the epitome of many virtues as I discovered over a span of almost 35 years during his collaborative years of Immunotherapy research with my husband Professor Jasani...A very open-minded, global, compassionate, and knowledgeable and enthusiastic environmentalist and naturist, Malcolm's, love for travel, wildlife, insects, and birdlife adorned many a professional annual calender that he shared with us. 'A Man of the Moment' in every situation, be it, conferencing, a safari in South Africa,
weddings of colleagues and friends in Malaysia or India, a holiday in South India, an invite to a dinner in Paris at a famous Fashion Model's apartment,or an interview on the 'History of Cancer on BBC Wales in the ninetees, every interaction was spirited and inspiring.
A committed Francophile, his joie de vivre for the French Language, encouraged one to join a French Course..! I recall the many endearing capers from the Adams and Jasani conferencing days....it was almost like listening to the ' 2 Ronnie's of the Oncology and Pathology Show!' We will miss you sorely Malcolm.

A very close, dear friend and colleague for 34 years. His warmth permeated every occasion, whether at work, at the opera, on holiday, or at a conference. I owe him more than I can ever put into words. Never to be forgotten, rest in peace.

I have many fond memories working alongside you on Princess Margaret Wing in the 80’s and 90’s. Your patients loved you and you were so kind to them. A real gentle man.

As a colleague, I remember Malcolm as a highly experienced Oncologist with excellent clinical and management skills who showed great acumen and leadership qualities in collaborative clinical academic research I did with him on novel immunotherapeutuc treatments of cancer.
As a friend, I will deeply miss him as a charming and compassionate person who was a great companion on many a scientific conference trip I had the privilege and pleasure to share with him.
May his soul rest in eternal peace!
