Dave was a wonderful neighbour for the past 27 years. Warmly welcomed our young family into the village when we arrived in 1999 and always stopped to chat and ask about our kids as they grew into adults. Invariably ready with a joke or a quip we will miss him greatly. RIP Dave xxx

David was one of my favourite people when I was a child and used to hang out with James and Anna. He was a warm, kind, loving, friendly and funny man and I’m lucky to have had the pleasure of knowing him and him being a long term friend of my parents.
