Peacefully in hospital on 16th June 2026 aged 81 years.

Much loved husband of Jean, loving father, grandfather & great grandfather.

Please meet for funeral service at Cowpen Crematorium, Blyth on Tuesday 30th June at 2:30pm.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be collected for The Stroke Association.

As Joe was a loyal Sunderland supporter - his family request those attending to wear something red, if possible.

Afterwards, all welcome to Netherton Social Club for refreshments.

Thinking of all the family at this sad time, 💔💙🩷 Joe was the most kind hearted man I know and a great neighbour, I remember hot days like we have today he would be sitting in the garden sun bathing with no care to the world who seen him xx we will miss you loads Joe I know I haven't seen u much since we moved but we always said hello when we did see each other,
