StevenSTARKEYIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Steven Starkey, who passed away peacefully on the morning of 2nd May 2026, aged 75.
Steve was a devoted husband to Elizabeth, a much-loved father to Matthew and the late Darren, a cherished father-in-law to Louise, and a proud and loving grandad to Freya.
He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
Steve's funeral will take place on Wednesday 3rd June at 10:30am in the Cedar Chapel at Bretby Crematorium. Those attending are kindly asked to wear dark but comfortable clothing.
Following the service, all are warmly invited to The Greyhound Inn on Ashby Road to celebrate Steven's life and share memories.
