JanetSPAVINAfter a long illness, at Lindley Park Care Home on 5th June, aged 79 years.
Loving Mum, Grandma, sister and dear friend to many.

A celebration of Janet's life will take place at Huddersfield Crematorium
on Wednesday 24th June at 10:00am.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at the crematorium to benefit Alzheimer's Society.

In loving memory of my Mum. Thank you to everyone who donated at her funeral. The collection raised £260, and I have rounded this up to £500 in her memory.
