The obituary notice of Philip SCOTT

I was lucky enough to work with Phil between 2006 -2012 at HMRC. Phil was fun to work with always laughing and telling stories about working on the cutters, he was kind and gave thoughtful advice and loved pointing out historical places/events on trips to London. I loved working with Phil and following him on FB during his retirement. He was always out and about going somewhere, on holidays and it was lovely to see him with his family and more recently with his granddaughter - what joy she must have brought to him. My thoughts are with Phil’s wife and daughters, family and friends. Sending love. Justine xx

Phil was the best husband, Dad, Grandad and friend , his smile will give us strength to be happy and all our memories will allow him to be beside us as we move forwards. He had a happy, fascinating and adventurous life and is loved by so many.🥰

Phil meant a great deal to me and it was a privilege to have him in my life. Always there with his cheerful smile and his complete zest for life. His enthusiasm for life will be as I will always remember him and he will never be forgotten. Goodbye my friend.

An infectious smile, twinkling eyes, wonderful sense of adventure, and steadfast devotion to his family. Phil was a man of honor who will be missed by his family and friends…their lives have all been made better by his presence in them.
