Aged 78 years.

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mary Ryan have asked us to announce her passing.

A much loved wife to Phil, mum to Claire, Philip and Chris, mother-in-law to Tracey, and a devoted nan.

Mary's funeral will take place on Thursday 24th September 2026, with a service at St Ambrose Church at 11:00am, followed by committal at Springwood Crematorium at 12:30pm.

Goodnight, God bless Mary. May you rest peacefully.

Family flowers only please.

I’ll always remember you as someone who truly lived life to the fullest. You weren’t afraid of what anyone thought of you and weren’t afraid to be silly in public because “I’ll never see them again”. I think we could all do with being a bit more like you. I’ll miss you always xx

My beautiful kind, loving Auntie Mary the most courageous strong Woman I know. Rest now Mary. Jyst know that you will never be alone. And will be loved and missed for the rest of my life. But i know you will be back in the arms of ones that love you the same. Goodnight god bless. My lovely Aunt xx

We will always be so grateful to have had Auntie Mary in our lives. She was one of the bravest people we have ever known, and her love was always so generous and unconditional. She gave so much love to all of us, and we will carry that love in our hearts forever.

Now she is back in the loving company of Phillip, Dad and Auntie Ann.
