Richard DavidNORTHSurrounded by his loving family, Rick passed away on 28th June 2025 at
Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, aged 71 years.

Proud dad to Thomas, Jon and Nikki, soulmate to his Annie, beloved grandad to Joe, Ben, Kieran and Sophie.
Father-in-law to Amy and Andre. Brother to Denise.
Rick will be greatly missed by so many friends and his dear family.

A celebration of life service shall be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Friday 18th July 2025 at 3.00pm.

Flowers welcome, however if so desired, donations can be made payable to
Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance via the following link www.ambucopter.org.uk/
A donation box shall also be available on the day.

When the moment comes and the gathering stands and the clock turns back to reflect on the years of grace as those footsteps trace for the last time out of the act, well this way of life's recollection the hallowed strip in the haze the fabled men and the noonday sun are much more than just yarns of their days (Roy Harper)
Neither Rick nor I were particularly interested in cricket or brass bands, but the melancholic chords and lyrics of this song seemed to sum up perfectly the mood of summer 1975 and seem appropriate today too. Cheers Rick
