The obituary notice of Angela NEWTON

My dear friend Angie,
I cannot begin to say how much I am going to miss you, I still cannot believe you have left us.
We clicked from the moment we met in the Starlight Unit some 30 years ago, with our love of live music and gigs, our friendship grew and grew.
I will forever cherish the fun we had, going to those gigs, trying to get back stage and seeing which celebs we could find. Then we found the joy of Glastonbury and the panic of trying for tickets every year, successful most years due to your boundless energy and meticulous planning. Death has definitely taken you too soon, we had so many more adventures planned.
I will never forget your big heart and firece love for those you cared about, always putting others first with a nice bit of advice added in.

Thank you for being such a beautiful friend, life will not be the same without you.

Dearest Angela, I said goodbye to you today one last time, you fought so hard and always stayed so strong. Rest now in everlasting peace.
I will never forget the laughter, the gossip and absolute joy you brought to every shift we worked together, I will never forget our trip to America with Kate and Jess… wish we had done more trips like that . I will never forget that you were the first one through the door when my son was born… I can still hear you now… ‘ oh he’s gorrrrrgeous !’ …even in our last moments together when you were so very tired even to open your eyes, you still found the strength and the love to ask ‘how are the children’… they’ll be just fine because I know you are up there looking out for them and everyone who loves you.
