Pat/paddyMCCARTHYIt is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of skipper Pat/Paddy McCarthy aged 93 years.

Fondest memories of a true gentleman
Paddy was one of life’s diamonds even though we hadn’t known him long he left us with a lasting impression.
We will always remember his smile and how he lit up the room especially for our mum.

My heart is broken. 💔 I still cannot believe you’re no longer with us Dad. Although the wonderful tributes and cards that continue to arrive, confirm this to be true.
I’m so very proud of you and your achievements in life, but on a more personal note, you have been the best father any daughter could ever wish for. We’ve travelled and explored so much of this beautiful world together and spent so much quality time together since mum passed. All of this makes it so much harder now as I’m missing you like crazy. You’ve left me such wonderful memories for which I thank you dearly. I’ll love you forever dear, dear Dad 💔💋
