JillLEWISPassed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday 3rd September 2026 aged 79, following an illness faced with immense dignity and courage.
Beloved wife of the late Peter, and a cherished mother to Mandy, Andrew, Sarah, and Katie. Jill was a dear mother-in-law, an adored Nanna and Great-Nanna, and a wonderful friend to many. She was loved deeply and will be missed by all who knew her.
A service to celebrate Jill's life will take place at Christ Church, Tunstall, on Friday, 25th September at 11:00 am, followed by burial at Tunstall Cemetery. Would all relatives and friends please meet at the Church.
Flowers are most welcome, but donations to the Douglas Macmillan Hospice in her name would also be gratefully received.
