So many memories, so much fun,
A life well lived, a race well run.
From parties, laughter, songs and cheer,
To spa days and weekends we’ll always hold dear.
New York adventures, laughter too,
Even that luggage label row with you!
So many stories that still make us smile,
Memories we’ll treasure all the while.
You lived your 89 years to the full,
With love and laughter, never dull.
And though it hurts to say goodbye,
We know your star will shine on high.
We hope your loved ones met you there,
With open arms and a drink to share.
So raise a glass and save us a seat,
Until one day again we meet.
