Our hearts go out to all of you. Sally really was one of a kind — incredibly kind, caring and, above all, nurturing.
When I first started working with Nick at 19, she would always ask how I was finding things. Truthfully, I think she could probably tell I was struggling with it a bit! As the years went on working with Nick, I spent a good amount of time at their house in Truro. The cups of tea were endless, and she would always feed me like a king.
She would also always ask how family life was going, and I’ll always remember taking our Wren over to meet Nick and Sally. I was genuinely in awe of how naturally caring she was and how much she cared for everyone around her.
I always greatly enjoyed her company. She will be greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. She had a cheeky laugh that could light up a room.
Jo, Callum, Freddie, George and Nick, I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. I hope that, in time, the pain of this awful period will ease, and you’ll be able to look back and remember the abundance of wonderful memories and great times you all shared with Sally.
Thinking of you all.
Love from, Josh, Abbie, and Wren
