DavidCENTKOWSKIPassed away peacefully after a short illness at The Royal Derby Hospital on Friday 20th June 2025, aged 67 years. Much loved husband of Caroline and a loving father, brother, stepfather and devoted grandfather. He will be sadly missed by his wife Caroline, all his family and many friends.

Funeral service to be held at Trent Valley Crematorium, Stanhope Chapel on Friday 18th July 2025 at 1.30pm, and afterwards at The Bridge Inn, Shelton Lock. Family flowers only please.
Donations if desired are invited for the Nightingale Macmillan Unit (staff fund) at the Royal Derby Hospital, these can be made online at www.georgesimnett.co.uk or may be given at the service.
