GillianCAPPER(née McNulty) (Gilly) Sadly but peacefully at rest on Sunday 29th March 2026 whilst at the Royal Stoke University Hospital in the presence of her loving family. Gilly, aged 81 years of Mount Pleasant, Mow Cop was the devoted & loving wife of Harry, and a much loved & adored Mum, Mother-in-Law, Nanna, Sister-in-Law, Auntie, and a very dear friend to many. Gilly will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends.

Please join us in remembering and celebrating Gilly's life; A Private Cremation will be followed by a Service of Thanksgiving to take place at Mount Pleasant Methodist Church, Mow Cop on Wednesday 29th April 2026 at 11:00am.

Would relatives and friends please accept this intimation and kindly meet at the Church. No flowers by request; donations if desired to Diabetes UK in memory of Gilly.

So sorry to hear this news. I remember Gill well from when I was young. I remember her as a fabulous, devoted mother and wife who would do anything for her family. No doubt she was an amazing grandma too. Sending sincere condolences to her family and friends. I won't be there to pay my respects in person but I will have you all in my thoughts. Amy x
