Loving husband to Janet.
Father to Steve and Ken.
Grandad to Tyler, Izzy, Kai and Mia.
Adopted family and friend to many more.
Sadly missed and beloved by all he met.

The service will take place at Lincoln Crematorium West Chapel on Wednesday 9th September 2026 at 12.00
and afterwards at 1pm at IBCC (International Bomber Command Centre).

Family Flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers, if desired to Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, Mark Long Trust, On Freedom's Wings (Bomber County Gateway Trust).

Dear Ray - an enormous thank you for all that you did for BBMF, LLA and the memory of Bomber Command crews. I am certain that you’ll be a guest of honour in their celestial crew room, enjoying a beer and an extra egg.

It was a privilege and great pleasure to work with you.

Remembering our dear Ray, a gentleman and a dear friend. Will miss his smile, his voice,his all. So glad we found him and made so many happy memories with him including in New Zealand. His name will be mentioned offen in our memories of our times together.Barbie and Ken XX
