OCelia O'Neill (Born Smith) Passed away peacefully at home on 22nd March 2017, aged 73 years, following a long illness bravely borne. Much loved mum, sister, nan and great nan, who will be greatly missed. The funeral service will take place at Cheltenham Crematorium, North Chapel at 9:30am on Friday 31st March 2017, followed by burial in Cheltenham Cemetery.
