Caroline PatriciaHANAPHY(Carrie) 31/05/28 - 04/11/17 Carrie passed away peacefully on 04/11/17. Funeral to be held at Our Lady's Church Tile Cross, 9:00am Monday 27th November . Burial at the Woodlands Cemetery, returning to the Mackadown Social Club afterwards. Family flowers only. Donations if desired for Ward 9 Heartlands Hospital. Sadly missed by daughter Caroline, sons Tom, Michael, John, Anthony, David. Daughters-in-Law, grandchildren, great-grandchild, family and friends. Reunited with Husband Walter and family.
