Although we lived miles apart most of my life I knew you were always right there at the end of the phone and at the top of the M6! Your flat was my home too, a place I grew up surrounded by love, laughter and safety. You've been taken from us so suddenly nan. Who will force chocky biscuits and egg custard tarts down me now. One thing for certain Marksies will always be a shop close to my heart and I will continue to drink a gallon of tea just for you everyday. I miss you beyond words but I know you'll be watching out for me every second of every day with grandad. I love you my wonderful nan - love Charlotte xx.
