Robert GlynnBIRKINRob passed away peacefully on 8th May 2023. A much loved husband to Joan, Father to Linda and Andrew, Father In law to Linda and Matt and a beloved Grandad to Evie and Esme. Rob was a physics teacher at The Ellis Guilford School and Dagfa House in his working life and enjoyed walking, photography and canal boat holidays. Rob would often be found working in the garden or sitting with a book in hand, enjoying a good read while listening to music. Rob's funeral service will take place on Wednesday 21st June 2023 at 2:45pm at Kingswood Methodist Church, Lambourne Drive, Wollaton , NG8 1GR. Followed by a private cremation. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Rob can be made to The Canal and River Trust Either online or at the service.
