David ThomasFORSTER(Wooler). Late of Dinnington. Joan and all the family wish to express their sincere gratitude for the exceptional care and support given by Doctors, Nurses and all the Care Teams. David put up a brave fight but his illness won, thanks to all who attended the beautiful Memorial Service conducted by Rev. Mark Edwards at St. Matthew's Church, Dinnington. Thank you for all your prayers, cards, tributes and memories shared by many friends near and far, also for your kind donations to the Marie Curie Cancer Care and Macmillan Cancer Support, many thanks to John the caterer and the staff at Dinnington Club. Lastly thanks to James Hamilton Funeral Directors, Brunswick Village for the dignity, respect and guidance given.
