HaroldJOHNSON"Adger" Claire, Craig, Eric, Liam, Chelsea, Oliver, Judy and family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation to all relatives, friends and neighbours for all their kindness, support, messages of sympathy, cards and donations received for the Douglas Macmillan Hospice, Blurton following their recent sad loss of Harold - a much loved and devoted dad, father-in-law, grandad, great-grandad and special friend. We would like to give our special thanks to Dr Briscoe, Moorland Medical Centre, Home First Carers, AMG Carers, District Nurses, the Douglas Macmillan Hospice, Douglas Macmillan At Home team and the RSUH for all the dedicated care and support shown to Harold throughout his illness. Thanks also to Father David Nicol for conducting the church service, Denis Knobbs for the lovely tribute and David H. Smith and staff for the care and support with the funeral arrangements.
