John CrowdenLOWEof Macclesfield, but recently resident in Hahndorf, Australia, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2018, aged 83 Years. Dearly loved husband of Angela for almost 53 years. Much loved father of Andrew and Chris (deceased); father-in-law of Judith. Loved Grandad of Jacob, Gabe and Tristan. A loving, gentle and generous man, who will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who knew him. Funeral service to be held at Anglican Church of the Epiphany, Crafers, South Australia at 11am on Friday, April 6, 2018 If desired, in lieu of floral tributes, donations can be made to the Cancer Council of South Australia Inc for research into pancreatic cancer. Very sad to learn of "Mr. Lowe's" passing especially so long afterwards. He was my line manager at the Halifax Building Society in Morecambe in the early 1970's. He was a much respected and well-liked colleague and friend. A kind man, and a true gentleman, with a wonderful sense of humour.
