Hazel passed away peacefully at Belper Views Residential Home on Thursday 9th April 2026, aged 81 years.
Family leaving behind: Daughter Sarah, Son-in-law Michael. Aunty to Joanne, Richard and Michael. Sister-in-law to Pam and Sandra.
The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday 13th May 2026 at 11am at Amber Valley Crematorium, Swanwick.
Flowers are welcome or donations in lieu of Belper Views LTD Residents Fund. Donations will be collected on the day of service.
