Dear Gill , Tony and I read today of Ron’s passing, we know he had been poorly for some time but it doesn’t alter the loss you are feeling. Ron was so sociable and everybody loved him , I had great times helping out at the pub...oh those sunny days in the pub garden and the Christmas lunches that went like clockwork due to yours and Ron’s planning. Do you remember our chance meeting when you were sitting on a bench in Cheddar and Tony and I were walking by on the other side of the road. I don’t know what the odds were of that happening, but it was like old times as we chatted and laughed.
