Marc Bircham for his visits and fitting tribute, to Stan for all the kindness he showed to Ken over the past few months, to Andrew Pennycook for all his help with the funeral arrangements and to all who paid their last respects at Perth Crematorium and donated so generously to the collection for Cornhill Macmillan Centre.
